A classical bust rendered in grayscale serves as the foundation for bold, gestural sweeps of hot pink, mint green, and coral that overlay and obscure the sculpture’s features. The composition plays with the tension between the static, timeless quality of the marble original and the raw energy of the painted marks, creating a contemporary collision between art historical reverence and expressive abstraction. Printed on premium ceramic and made to order, dishwasher and microwave safe, with the artwork wrapping a full 360 degrees. The first cup of the day carrying an artist’s point of view instead of a logo.
