A soft checkerboard pattern warps and undulates across the composition, creating the optical illusion of a curved or bulging surface despite remaining flat. Muted tones of cream, taupe, blush, rose, lavender, and pale blue alternate in a grid that shifts subtly in hue from cool left edges to warm center tones and cooler right edges. At home in a modern bedroom or contemporary living space seeking understated visual interest. A Baltic birch top with a beveled edge and satin finish, the artwork printed across it, made to order on steel legs in black or gold. A working piece of furniture that earns its place as an independent artist’s work.
