Four decorative blue and white ginger jars with lids crowd the composition, each rendered in fine linework against a deep navy ground. The vessels feature intricate patterns of florals, landscapes, and geometric artworks in pale cream, creating a study in classical porcelain ornamentation arranged in overlapping layers. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. Notes and sketches kept behind an independent artist’s work, not a plain composition cover.
