A triptych collage merges technical schematic drawings of UFOs and flying saucers rendered in white linework against a bright cyan sky with a vintage photograph of a modernist pool resort scene below, complete with lounge chairs, palm trees, and mid-century architecture. The composition juxtaposes the cosmic and the terrestrial, creating a playful tension between retro futurism and nostalgic Americana through its layered approach to mid-century artwork aesthetics. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. Notes and sketches kept behind an independent artist’s work, not a plain composition cover.
