A figure in dark robes and a wide-brimmed black hat stands against a cloudy sky backdrop, their face obscured by a large floral medallion in shades of coral and cream. Colorful circular plates and botanical motifs float around the body in a deliberate, almost celestial arrangement, creating a surreal dialogue between classical portraiture and contemporary mixed-media collage. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. Notes and sketches kept behind an independent artist’s work, not a plain composition cover.
