A bold black flower with five rounded petals and a soft pink center sits centered against a green and cream checkered background that warps and curves around the composition. The graphic, flat illustration style conveys a sense of quiet simplicity, while the curved distortion of the geometric grid creates gentle movement and playful dimensionality across the whole piece. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. Notes and sketches kept behind an independent artist’s work, not a plain composition cover.
