Overlapping rectangular blocks of hot pink, teal, yellow, orange, navy, and lime green scatter across a creamy white ground in a joyful, non-representational composition. The painting’s mosaic-like arrangement of soft-edged shapes creates a sense of exuberant movement and visual rhythm, evoking the feeling of growth and abundance. Crafted from bamboo and made to order, with a drilled hole so it hangs on the wall as easily as it works on the counter. A kitchen essential carrying an independent artist’s work, not a blank block from the big-box aisle.
